Today Tucker turned 10. I still remember the day we brought him home. The day started off with a conversation that went something like this:

ME: Let's go look at puppies.
Justin: No.
ME: We'll just look.
Justin: Okay...if we just look.
...we pull up...
ME: Okay, which one are we going to get?

Gosh, what a sucker. :)

Family Day 2007

This weekend we celebrated two whole years being Claire's Mommy and Daddy. And what better way to celebrate than with cupcakes?

We brought 18 gifts home from Kazakhstan so that we could give Claire something that represents her heritage every year on Family Day. This year she got a small wooden figure of a girl in traditional Kazakh dress - it sort of scared her:
