Really, he was the centerpiece for the day after Thanksgiving, and he seemed to enjoy being up at eye level with everyone.

We rediscovered this clip of Baby Claire over the weekend (taken about this time last year) and she insists that we watch it several times a day. It cracks us up every time.

Funky Chicken and Curious Claire

Sorry for the belated pics but we were having trouble posting. The kids had a great Halloween - Claire even got stopped by the police. Apparently there's a no monkey ordinance in Montpelier and the punishment for having one (or rather, being one) is a Tootsie Pop. Hayden wasn't thrilled with his tiny chicken suit, but he fell asleep the second we walked out the door and slept through the rest of the trauma.
